What if we have extra roles in our product trio?

We teach a cross-functional approach to product discovery. It’s up to you to decide which functions are the most relevant to participate in the coaching program.

Ideally, we like to see at least one representative from product management, design, and engineering, but you can add additional roles as needed. If you are missing one of the three core roles, coaching can still work, depending on the circumstances. We’ll help you assess this during our intake process.
